I want to create a Cuter account. Where do I start?

You can create your account by clicking the icon next to "About Us" at the top of the page. Or you can create an account when you checkout. This makes for a faster checkout and easier access to check on your orders (both previous and current)! Welcome to the Cuter family!

I forgot my password. How do I get a new one?

I'm locked out of my account.

No worries, just contact our Cuter customer service team at support@acutercupcake.com , and we'll get you back into your account shortly.

My saved addresses are not showing up. How can I save an address?

Reach out to our customer support team and they will help with any technical difficulties. Accounts can be saved on checkout or in your account profile by clicking the "plus" button under saved addresses. Contact support here.

I can't find my order history on my profile.
