Modifying your delivery date or time.

Sometimes plans change. If you need to change you delivery date or time, we're happy to help! Reach out to the Cuter support team, and they can help you make any changes. Please keep in mind that because every order is baked fresh to order and all of our fondant is handmade, last minute delivery changes will be handled on a case by case basis. Contact us here.

Can you deliver to my office, my home, or my party?

Yes! As long as you are within the zip codes we deliver to, we offer contactless delivery. Please make sure that someone is there to receive the order at the time and date you have selected. For delivery to offices, please inform security at your building ahead of time that you are expecting a delivery from A Cuter Cupcake so we are allowed up to your office. We cannot deliver the cupcakes if you or someone you know (ie doorman, friend, colleague) is not there to receive it.

How do I add a note to my delivery?

Personalized notes can be added during the checkout process. If you have already placed an order, notes can be added to your delivery by our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Contact us here.

Why can't I click on certain times and dates?

All of our cupcakes are baked fresh daily and our fondant toppers are handmade from scratch for every order. Due to the level of care required, we only make a limited number of cupcakes a day. If a time is unavailable, this means this delivery slot is already taken. If a date is unavailable, this means we are sold out/fully booked for that day. If you have a bigger order or a special request, please don’t hesitate to shoot us an email at! We always do our best to make it happen :)

What is your delivery fee?

Deliveries to addresses in Manhattan are complimentary. Deliveries to addresses in Brooklyn and Queens have a $5 fee. Deliveries to Jersey City have a $10 fee.
