HOW ARE MY CUPCAKES/TOPPERS DELIVERED?

If you purchased a cupcake pack, we hand-deliver your cupcakes on your delivery date. Please ensure someone is at the delivery address on your delivery date and at your delivery timeslot to accept your cupcakes. If your building has a front desk staff, we will leave it with your front desk if we can't reach you or you're not home. Please note we are not responsible for any damage caused to your cupcake delivery if it is left at the front desk. 

If you purchased cupcake toppers for nationwide shipping, they will be delivered using express, tracked shipping from USPS. Cupcake toppers typically ship within 3-5 business days and arrive 2-3 business days later.
