Changing your payment information.
Mistakes happen. If you put in the wrong payment information or would rather pay with another card, we're happy to help change the payment method for you. Just reach out to our Cuter support team, and they can work on solving the issue for you! Contact us here.
Modifying your order details.
If any of the information in your order is incorrect, please contact our support team at email@example.com as soon as possible so that we can update the order for you. While we cannot guarantee changes if they are made within 24 hours of your delivery time, we will always try our best to accommodate any changes.
I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail.
Automatic order confirmation emails are sent as soon as you place your order and it’s been processed. While most orders are processed immediately, sometimes processing can take up to 24 hours. If you still have not received a confirmation by the next day, reach out to our Cuter support team, and they can help get your confirmation to you. Contact us here.
How can I track my order status?
We automatically send a confirmation e-mail when your order has been processed. We also send an e-mail when your order is out for delivery and once again when your cupcakes have been dropped off! :)
I had an issue with my order, and I need help.
Oh no! At a Cuter Cupcake we aim to make your customer experience cuter and better. If we made a mistake we want to fix it ASAP. Contact our support team and they will help resolve any issues you have. Contact us here.
I'm having trouble placing an order.
Reach out to our customer support team. Simply let them know what pack you would like, and when you would like it, and they'll take care of the rest! Contact us here.
What is your cancellation policy?
All of our fondant toppers are made from scratch by hand. Given the amount of work and detail that goes into hand crafting each one, we do not allow exchanges or cancellations for refund within 96 hours of the delivery date. Cancellations within 7 days of the delivery date will garner a fee equal to 50% of the total cost of your order.
We do not offer cancellations for refund or exchanges for Custom Orders.
While we strictly follow our cancellation policy, we understand that sometimes events outside of your control come up. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, please reach out to the Cuter support team who will be happy to address the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Can I order different packs at the same time?
Yes! We want to make cuteness even more accessible for al of you Cuties! You can now add up to 4 different packs (5 qty total) to your cart! Simply add them to your cart and check out as normal.
