Changing your payment information.

Mistakes happen. If you put in the wrong payment information or would rather pay with another card, we're happy to help change the payment method for you. Just reach out to our Cuter support team, and they can work on solving the issue for you! Contact us here.

Modifying your order details.

​If any of the information in your order is incorrect, please contact our support team at as soon as possible so that we can update the order for you. We will try our best to accommodate all changes, but cannot guarantee changes if they are made within 24 hours of your delivery time.

I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail.

Automatic order confirmation emails are sent as soon as you place your order and it’s been processed. While most orders are processed immediately, sometimes processing can take up to 24 hours. If you still have not received a confirmation by the next day, reach out to our Cuter support team, and they can help get your confirmation to you. Contact us here.

How can I track my order status?

We automatically send a confirmation e-mail when your order has been processed. We also send an e-mail when your order is out for delivery and once again when your cupcakes have been dropped off! :)

I had an issue with my order, and I need help.
