How do I add a note to my delivery?

You can add a personalized, handwritten gift note at cart or during checkout. If you have already placed a cupcake delivery, you can add a free gift note by contacting our Support Team. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to add a gift note to your cupcake delivery, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Can you deliver to my office, my home, or my party?

Accepted Answer

We offer deliveries to offices and retail stores as long as they are within the our cupcake delivery zip codes. You can check if we deliver to your office zip code by clicking here and entering the zip code into the search bar at the top of the popup. Please make sure that someone is there to receive the order at the time and date you have selected. If you office has building staff, please inform them that you are expecting a delivery from A Cuter Cupcake ahead of your cupcake delivery timeslot so we are allowed up to your office. We can't deliver the cupcakes if you or someone you know (like building staff, a friend, or a colleague) are not available to receive them. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen deliveries.

Why can't I select certain dates and times?

If you can't select a delivery date or find your desired delivery timeslot, we are sold out for that date. Due to the the complexity of our cupcake designs and the time required to bake and craft a cupcake pack fresh to order, we only make a limited number of cupcakes daily. If you have a large order or special request, contact our Support Team. We always do our best to make it happen :)

Can I modify my delivery date or delivery time?

Accepted Answer

Plans change; we get it! If you need to modify your cupcake delivery date or time, we're happy to help on a case-by-case basis. Contact our Support Team (earlier is better!), and we'll do our best to accommodate. Our cupcake packs and fondant decorations are made fresh to order, so last-minute changes (less than 72 hours' notice) may not be possible or may be subject to a fee.

We offer free cupcake delivery on all orders within Manhattan. Not in Manhattan? You can check any applicable delivery fees by clicking here and entering your delivery zip code. Yes! We ship select cupcake toppers nationwide with express, tracked shipping from USPS. To see our current availability, click here. Don't see the cupcake toppers you're looking for? We may be able to do a special delivery! Contact our Support Team, and we'll try our best to accommodate.

Can I refrigerate my cupcakes?

Accepted Answer

No. The humidity from the fridge can cause the decorations on top to melt. We recommend keeping your cupcakes at room temp away from direct sunlight to keep them fresh & delicious!
