Can I order different packs at the same time?

Yes! You can add as many different cupcake packs as you want to your order (max 5 quantity per cupcake pack). You can see all of our availble cupcake options here. You can even mix and match cupcakes from different cupcake packs using our Mix & Match tool! Looking for custom cupcakes? We do that! Fill out this form, and we can make your cupcake vision a reality.

How can I track my order status?

Accepted Answer

You can track your cupcake order by clicking the link in your order confirmation email. We will also email you when your cupcakes have been sent out for delivery and once your cupcakes have been safely and successfully delivered.

I'm having trouble placing an order.

Accepted Answer

If you're having trouble placing an order, we're here to help! We have some instructional videos in our Help Center. Simple click the link and scroll down to "How to Order a Pack". You can follow along with the videos to get cupcakes delivered to you in no time! Still need help? Contact our Support Team. I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail. What should I do?

When you place a cupcake order, we will automatically send a confirmation email to the contact email address provided at checkout. If you have not received a cupcake confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, contact our Support Team. They can help get a cupcake order confirmation email to your inbox!

How do I modify my order details?

Accepted Answer

You can change information associated with your cupcake order by contacting our Support Team. Please note that changes to the delivery address may result in a fee if the new delivery zip code is in a delivery zone with a higher delivery fee than your original order. We won't be able to refund any delivery fees if the new address falls within a lower-cost delivery zone. While we will always do our best to accommodate changes, modifications are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a fee.

Can I change my payment method?

You can change your payment method for your cupcake order by contacting our Support Team. Please note that we can't change your payment method after your cupcake order has been delivered. Changing payment methods may garner a small fee to cover charges associated with refunding your original payment method and/or processing a new transaction.
